We want to keep our return policy as simple as possible.
- All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Underwear and swimwear can not be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Any shoes must be tried on indoors.
- All tags must be intact and contain original packaging.
We are sorry to hear that you have received a faulty item from us. We are happy to replace or refund if this does occur. Please contact our custom service with a picture of the item and we will be happy to help.
Unfortunately we do not refund the delivery/postage charge.
Once your returned item has been inspected by our team. We will email you with an update of your return. Your refund will be issued 24 hours after approval to the original payment method.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check the account in what you placed the order with. There may be some processing time set by your back. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and we will arrange an exchange for you.
