How can I track my order.

How long is shipping

It takes approx 2-7 to process your order. (time depend on how busy we are) Shipment takes approximately 3 to 25 business days to reach destination countries. This mean your order can be delivered any time between 5-35 days. This is because we are an internation shop

How much does shipping cost

Free... Unless stated otherwise. We will cover the cost of shipping. There is a few small exceptions to this. We will notify you of this at the checkout process.

What about customs charges

Customs charges are out of our control. These prices are set by your government, and we have NO control over these prices. Please visit your local government bodies website for more information.

My item hasn't arrived, what should I do.

If your item is held up by customs this may take longer for you to receive your package. Please wait for the recommenced time of 30 days too contact us. If your item takes longer than 60 days(even if customs hold it for a while), we will refund you in full. You can track your package at the top of this page.
